MAC requires that all MAC member companies complete the GHG emissions summary form presented in this section. This form is included as an Excel Spreadsheet on the enclosed diskette. MAC will use these completed forms to prepare an overall inventory of GHG emissions for its member companies.

While members are not required to use the template provided in Section 2.2 to arrive at the data to be reported to MAC, members are asked to use the emissions factors contained in this guide (and updated on an annual basis), unless more equipment-specific or process-specific emissions factors are available. They are also asked to document any significant differences in their methodology from the methodology described in this Guide.

The reporting forms to be submitted to MAC include:

A. a one page summary sheet;
B. a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet;
C. a GHG emissions projections reporting form; and
D. a form used to report other relevant data, including information related to offset projects and project-specific reductions.

Instructions for completing each of these forms are provided below.
